Momentos Especiales...with Video Tutorial & a card- Blue Fern Studios

Hello! I hope you are having a great weekend!  Today I want to share with you two projects and a video tutorial using the new beautiful Blush collection, new chipboards and products by Blue Fern Studios. My base paper is the Reminisce paper and I made some fussy cutting from the calling cards paper. I love that Blue Fern comes with some Spanish words chipboards  that I used as my title. This photo is a lovely memory of my daughter's first birthday, she loved Elmo so it was her cake and party theme. 

Momenos Especiales chipboard I means Special moments... These flowers and the lace are from Tresor de Luxe.

I love these hearts.it is the Chunky Heart Panel chipboard....

I added glass and micro beads to the chippies.

"KEY TO MY HEART" card
It will be February soon that it's the month of love, chocolates and cards... so I made this card using the Blush collection. I mixed the calling cards and Cupid's Folly papers. The Valentine Hearts chipboard goes perfect in my card.

I cut out the bird and the Key to my heart phrase from the Calling cards papers.

You & Me- Video Tutorial and Life does not have to be perfect LO- My Creative Scrapbook

Hi everyone! Today I share with you the "You & Me" Video Tutorial that I made for My Creative Scrapbook using the January Limited Edition kit and I also share other project with this beautiful kit.

I worked this page using the Marion Smith paper from the kit.  I worked the background with distress inks.  I used the Kaisercraft die cuts that comes in this kit to embellish my page and the stamp to create these vertical stripes.
This kit is so versatile you can create different things with it.

Good Day ...Video Tutorial- Studio 75


Hello! I hope you are fine, today I woke up with more energies and here is very cold at this moment so it's perfect to catch up things, scrap and create some projects that I have in mind. But meanwhile I would like to share with you this page and the video tutorial that I made with the Splash it! collection by Studio 75.
This lovely young lady is my daughter's best friend Jacklyn that is a fan of my work and I made this page for her birthday.
I selected the Splash it 04 paper that has a fabulous mixed media background and to enhance it I made different mixed media techniques that you can see in the video.
I selected the wooden frame and used the negative part to mat  the photo.

I added textures using the stencil- zig-zag with a mix of light paste and gesso.

I cut out some numbers to use them like embellishments and a phrase as my title from the Splash it 05 paper.

with the cotton ribbon I made a design a put it around the photo.

You and Me...My Creative Scrapbook LE kit

Hello everyone!  I have other project to share with you today, I made this layout with the gorgeous January Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook featuring KaiserCraft, Blue Fern Studios, Marion Smith and Prima Marketing. This kit comes with three packages of Prima flowers, bling, die cuts and more...   I cut the 12 by 12 die cut paper to frame my photo and to create the design.

Vintage January Challenge by- Studio75

Hello! I would like to invite you to the first challenge of the year by Studio75 the theme is "Vintage". You can create any vintage project, I let you some of the challenge rules at the end of this post and the link.
Well this time I created a tag using the Mr. & Mrs.  and Splash it collections and the chipboard tag from their products.
I gave the vintage look with the vintage photo and black distress ink.
I colored this gorjuss girl image with copic markers.
Let's take a look at the details...

I made paper piercing with the cup and mixed two collections of papers , the borders of the cup are made with the Splash it! and the rest of the cup with the Mr. & Mrs. collection. 

I gave dimension to the label that I cut out of one of the papers in the Splash it collection and also to the rabbit with 3d foam tape.

My Creative Scrapbook- January LE kit

Hello! Today I share with you a project with the January-Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook. This kit is gorgeous and is featuring: Kaisercraft -Treasured Moments collection and die cuts, Prima flowers (3 packages) and a stamp, Blue Fern chipboard and more...  you will love it!
This page is about my son Xander when he was crawling in 1994 and I combined two papers and cut out many of these embellishments and the others are die cuts from the same collection. I cut the frame from the same pattern paper and placed the photo.

I also cut out the title(card) from one of the papers.

I tore the paper in the upper corner to show a piece of the other paper.

I added textures with molding paste and a Prima stencil then I added some art ingredients: glass and micro beads in gold color.

The Perfect Moment...Blue Fern Studios

Hello my scrappy friends!!  Today I share a page that I made with the new beautiful Timeless collection by Blue Fern Studios. This collection has beautiful pattern papers with a fabulous vintage look for this page I selected the Papillons paper for my background,  I also made some fussy cutting from the Calling Cards paper and used it for my title. The chipboards are the Chelsea Medallion and the Bohemian Butterflies that I embossed with the new  Mystic Plum and 14 Karat embossing powders .

I added a chain to the Chelsea Medallion for a real look and I worked the Medallion using two embossing powder and a little of gesso.

I stamped with the Halftone stamp using black ink and also with Versamark  and 14 Karat embossing powder.




I placed the big Bohemian Butterfly beside my photo and gave some blue and gold colors to my background.

I glued the center of the small butterfly and carefully pushed up the wings .

January Sketch- Blue Fern Studio

Happy New Year ! This beautiful sketch designed by the talented Michele Singh it's the first Blue Fern Studios sketch challenge of the year and I hope you can join us. Take a look at Blue Fern Studio blog to see all the beauties the amazing design team created with it.

Here are some rules:

We have just a few simple rules to follow if you would like to participate in our sketch challenge:
