Treasuring Memories

Hello scrapper friends!  Here's my first project and the video tutorial using the May Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook featuring this month: Blue Fern Studios, 49 and Market, Prima Marketing, Heidi Swap and much more... Let's take a look at my first project with the kit... These paper are from the Spring Parade collection by Blue Fern Studios. I cut stripes from one of the papers to make straws for this page, you can see all the process on the video.  I gave textures with modeling paste and the kit' stencil. The kit comes with three packages of 49 and Market flowers. I used the violet flowers here, I love that the packages comes with stamens, leaves and different sizes of flowers, perfect to create a flower arrangement. I cut out some images from one of the papers and my title "hugs" I made it with a die cut from my stuff. I framed the adorable photo that is from Unsplash  with the Resin frame from prima. Hello! I received the new Memoires collection by Blue Fern Studios and I can tell you guys that it's so beautiful, the colors, designs are really pretty! I worked this page using the gold, red tones of this collection but it has many pretty colors to work with. I made this page for my friend wedding album and I also made a video tutorial of the creative process to share with you.  The Grand Ornament chipboard was embossed with the ginger embossing powder. These pretty flowers are the Memories Blossom and the Harvest Lilies. The True Story  and the Mina's Border chipboard were embossed with the ginger embossing powder too. Hello everyone! It's time to share with you my work with the April Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook . This month the kit comes full of awesome products like the beautiful Belle Vie  collection by Julie Nutting for Photo Play Paper Company, Vintage Trinkets, Brads, three packages of flowers all by Prima Marketing, a stencil by TCW, lace and much more... The beautiful doll in this page is the granddaughter of my friend Candy, she sent me the photo long time ago and I was waiting for the perfect papers to work it. Let's take a look.. I worked with the TCW stencil from the kit and modeling paste to create textures in the background. I cut out this card that I use as my title from one of the papers. Hello friends! Here's my third project with the March Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook . This month the kit comes with the beautiful Tales of You and Me collection- Frank Garcia, chipboards, brads, stencil and flowers by Prima Marketing plus trims, alphas stickers, cheesecloth and more... Hubby took this photo of my son and I,  when he came for Christmas last December. He is so tall and I'm petite, lol. Let take a look at all the details.... I added some paint and molding paste with a stencil to the background. I cut out these pretty butterflies from one of the paper. I placed the cheesecloth behind my photo.  The pearls comes in the kit, too. Here's my second project with the gorgeous March Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook featuring: "Tales from You & Me"collection, chipboards, brads, flowers, trim, alphas and more... this kit is awesome, , it comes with three Prima flower packages, stencil, pearls, chipboard, cheesecloth and more..  How time flies ... hubby and I met 29 years ago  last 14th February so I made this page for us and frame it. I made a video tutorial of the process that you can see at the end of the post. I made the background with the stencil from the kit... have fun playing with it! Hello! My lovely niece took a "selfie" and sent it to auntie, isn't that so sweet? I couldn't resist make a page with it.  I worked with the beautiful Coffee in the Arbour collection by Maja Design and 2Crafty Chipboards . I started choosing the Rasberry cupcake paper as my base. I made vertical ripped stripes and distressed them in some papers like Rose garden and Rasberry Jam.  I gave textures to the chippies with Shimmerz Texturez, I applied it and used the heat gun to create lot of cool textures. Hello!! Today I share with you a page that I made for 7Dots Studio with the beautiful "The Love is in the Air" collection. I took this photo to my kids when they were little many years ago,  It is a sweet memory! I started my page applying  a coat of transparent gel and then I worked my background with the new Finnabair stencil by Prima and homemade molding paste.  I used 7Dots stamps from Cold Country and Nature Walk collections. I used the scallop stripe stickers and the circular elements to start creating a design in my page. I made two circular photos with a one inch circular punch. The tittle is a chipboard from the Illumination collection. Hello!!! Today I show you this page that I made with different Maja Design collections, the wonderful about MD papers is that you can mix and match their collection very well...  I worked this layout with lot of layers and textures. I took this photo to my DD and hubby with my cell phone the other day after school and work, they were relaxed but tired after a long day. I combined my DT work with the February challenge at Once Upon an Sketch and I was inspired by Nadia' sketch although at the end...I added a second photo.   I started to cut stripes with different Maja Design papers, distressed them and made layers weaving the stripes.   In my background I used a Prima stencil and homemade molding paste. Some washi tape, stamps, beats, pearls, buttons and paints. Prima flowers and I used a Tim Holtz film die cut. Hello! I'm sharing with you today, this page that I made with the "Walking in the Forest" collection by Maja Design. My boy Xander loves to run skateboard and I wanted to make a page about it and I did it with these beautiful papers and some mask, paint, mediums and this is the final result... I cut the tags from the Klippark Die Cut sheet from the Walking in the Forest collection. I made stripes from: Flannel skirt, Autumn in the air, Fresh air to make these layers.
