Treasuring Memories

Hello everyone! Today project's featuring the new Tranquility collection, new Tranquil Blooms, Roses and Lilies and the new products by Blue Fern Studios . I love the soft colors of the Contentment and Serenity papers in this new collection. The sweet photo of my nieces goes perfect with it.   I made a video tutorial of this page that you can see at the end of the post.   I embossed and painted the Scalloped Border and cut out some flowers from the Contentment paper. My title is the Darling chipboard and the flowers are the new Tranquil Roses and Lilies. I framed my photo with the Oval Daisy Frame. Hello friends! Here's my third project with the March Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook . This month the kit comes with the beautiful Tales of You and Me collection- Frank Garcia, chipboards, brads, stencil and flowers by Prima Marketing plus trims, alphas stickers, cheesecloth and more... Hubby took this photo of my son and I,  when he came for Christmas last December. He is so tall and I'm petite, lol. Let take a look at all the details.... I added some paint and molding paste with a stencil to the background. I cut out these pretty butterflies from one of the paper. I placed the cheesecloth behind my photo.  The pearls comes in the kit, too. Hello! Finally looks like Spring is coming here and it make me happy!! I love to see all beautiful flowers and the trees are wearing green leaves! Today I share with you this spring page I made about my DD Paola using one of my favorite collection...Vintage Spring Basics by Maja Design .  My inspiration was a full pleated skit that I made a time ago and I created the same effect with the Maja Design papers. I tie the tag with a jute and added cheesecloth around the flowers. I cut the tags, butterflies and the tittle from the "Days to remember" paper All the flowers are from Prima and I made the leaves using two punches one from Martha Steward and the other from Stamping Up. It has been a hard month for me, I have a huge over seas move right now, two beloved persons died and much feeling by all the things are happening..I'm so busy that I don't much time to my poor blog! but I made a stop and  today I share you a card that I made with the Vintage Spring Basics Collection by Maja Design. I chose the 7th of May paper and worked with it for both sides in this card. I added jute, paper doily, cheese cloth, Prima flowers and lot of Vintage photo-distress ink by Ranger to give a vintage look.
