100 Miles and My Creative Scrapbook July sneaks

Hello!! I made two projects with the June Mixed Media kit by My Creative Scrapbook, and I will show you today my second project with this awesome kit.  Look how versatile this kit is, my first project was a girly burlap pink page and this one is a very manly, "grungy look" canvas.  My hubby loves cycling and he use to cross the island in his bike to one side to the other, in this photo he was crossing north to south between the mountains and the distance was 100 miles and her partner took this photo of my hubby and his bike in the top of a mountain and I loved it, because it looks like he can touch the clouds...  So as you see,  I get out of my control zone to make this sporty canvas, no flowers or draping this time ...all these material comes in the June MM kit.

I love these gears chipboard by Leaky Shed Studio and I added some real pieces of bicycle that hubby gave me to my project.

I added some gesso, molding paste and acrylic paints.

I have this bicycle stamp  from Studio Calico.

Here's the kit ..you can find it ....HERE

Some July sneaks of my work with the LE kit...

Fall layout with Beautifully Brisk by Bo Bunny

Hello everyone!  I share with you today a fall layout that I created using the Beautifully Brisk collection. Fall is my favorite season I love the colors everything looks so beautiful and I had so much fun working with this beautiful collection. I started making circular stitches in the area that I'll place the photo on the Bright pattern paper. I took a sponge with white gesso to give the sponging technique on the background, it gives a nice texture. I used the layered chipboard and the Noteworthy die cuts to decorate and make the composition. I cut a clock using the Tick Tock die. I painted a piece of cheesecloth in green color and added between the layers to add more dimension and textures. The collections comes with brads, layered chipboard and die cuts that makes it easy to design with. I adhered the die cuts and some chipboard pieces with dimensional foam dots.  I added a few brads, pearls and jewels to enhance the background. Finally, I added wh...
