You Make me Happy When the Skies are Grey

Hello! Another page with the fabulous chippies by 2Crafty Chipboards . I started using the Frame Handdrawn Heart to frame my photo and like my focal point.  I embossed my chippies in gold tones. I worked with the "Coffee Break" collection by Prima Marketing. I applied three different embossing power colors in my title. I worked with Color Blooms to give color in my background.  For a feminine touch, I added some laces from Tresor de Luxe.    I gave the final touch to my page with the "Funky Heart Swirls" that I also embossed and added to my flower cluster. 2Crafty supplies  I used: Funky Heart Swirls, Frame Handdrawn Heart, title"You make me Happy when the Skies are Grey" Prima Marketing  supplies I used:  Coffee Break collection: Caffeine Fix, Coffeeology papers, flowers #578480,#57846, Ephemera#575878 art basics-molding paste, gesso,  Color Blooms-Sorbet, Sunshine, Soft Teal. 17th...7Dots Studios

Hello ! My daughter turned 17 years old two weeks ago, it's incredible how time flies. I made this page using two of the new 7Dots Studios collection: Thoughts Keeper and Soulmates. These collections have beautiful stamps and stencils that I worked with them to make my background work.  I also used the 6 x 6 paper pad, sometimes we only need a piece of a specific paper and we don't want to cut a 12 x 12 paper only for a small piece and I think that the mini paper pads are perfect to complement our projects, too. I created textures with the Damask stencil from the Soulmates collection and art basics-Molding paste by Prima Marketing.  I stamped to add contrast with the beautiful Thoughts Keepers' stamp . I added the 17th to a tag from the Soulmates collection  to create my title. I added some die cuts to accent my page and Glass beads-Finnabair art ingredients, also pretty Prima flowers. You can see these beautiful 7Dots collections... HERE 7Dots Studios ...

This is You...

Happy San Valentine's Day!  Here's a DT project that I made for 2Crafty Chipboard using their wonderful chippies. I worked with the beautiful Epiphany collection by Prima Marketing. I started to create this page making a design with the negative from the Scallop Circle Frame Borders that I painted with acrylic yellow paint.  I have used 2 different sizes, one behind the photo and another behind the title. The Tree with Sparrow chippie goes perfect with this paper design so I painted it with acrylic paints and the added some stamping on the leaves. I painted the background with Color Blooms- Sunshine  then I added textures with a stencil and art basics- molding paste. I coated my tittle "This is You" with gesso and acrylic paint then I stamped it and applied white paint in some areas to create light and contrast. Inseparable

Hello everyone!! Today I share with you this page"Inseparable" that I made using 2 Crafty Chipboards  and the "Forever Green Collection" by Prima. I started by giving a coat of gesso(Heavy Gesso-art basics) to all my chippies.  Next, I applied Soft Matte Gel(art basics) to the circles on the "Bubbly Reed Panel" and then added micro beads in silver and a splash of color.  I cut the "Bubly Reed Panel" in pieces to mat my photo& added it under my flower cluster. To enhance the "Inseparable title" I painted with chalkboard paint by Prima, then I applied lights and shadows with acrylic paint. I love the textures that the micro beads add to the chippies. The "Mini Camera" chippie was perfect to add to my flower cluster. These beautiful flowers are from Prima. 2 Crafty Chipboard products used in this page: Mini Cameras   Bubbly Reed Panel Inseparable word Prima Marketing products used in this page: Forever Green
