An Altered Box- Creative Embellishments

Hello scrapper friends!  I    share with you today an altered box that I created using a dollar box and  the beautiful chipboards, stencil, stamps by Creative Embellishments. I covered the box with papers by Maja Design, then with the  Circle Bokeh Stencil  and modeling paste I gave textures on the lid and on the back of the box. I painted the circles with metallic acrylic paint and stamped randomly with the  Paint Splat Trio Stamp  and white ink. I gave a coat of gesso to the small of the  Braided Frames ,  Flourish 27 ,  Flourish Page . Then I adhered one image from the Maja paper to the small frame.  I glue all the pieces to the box. I added more textures with art stones, glass beads, pearls, lace and pebbles. After dry, I gave other coat of gesso to all the pieces and painted with a metallic white paint. Other products I used: Maja Design papers- Vintage Summer Basics, Vintage Soring Basics and Coffee in the Arbour collections Prima Marketing- Gesso, Model

Rust Effect- Creative Embellishments

Hello! I  share with you today a layout that I made with the Creative Embellishments products with a rust effect on the chipboard. Let’s take a look… I gave a coat of gesso to all the chipboards and the paper. I gave textures on the paper with the Circle Boke Stencil and modeling paste.  Then I adhered The Large Clock Face to the paper that it is Double Dot by Bo Bunny. I cut the Diamond Panel in pieces and adhered around the Large Clock Face . I painted some areas of the chipboard with a green paint.  After dry,  I applied brown rust paste with a paintbrush. Once the brown paste is dry I applied the Red Rust paste on the chipboard, it is the final step to achieve the rust effect . The sweet photo is from Unsplash. I gave the same techniques to the title “Amor” that in English means “Love”.  It is from the Spanish Happy Word Set . Other supplies: Bo Bunny- Double Dot Esmerald paper Prima Marketing- Heavy Gesso, Modeling Paste, Gel Medium,

Just Us Layout and Video Tutorial- My Creative Scrapbook

Happy New Year!!! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas time with your family. I didn't have fun, Christmas time is always complicated for my health, autoimmune disease gets out of control, so I have been quiet lately but I'm back.   It is my first project and video tutorial for 2018! I made this page  with the January LE kit by My Creative Scrapbook. Pam made a beautiful LE kit that is featuring : Kaisercraft, 49 and Market, Prima Marketing, Heidy Swap(album), and much more... This paper is "Paradise" from the Scents of Nature by 49 & Market from the kit. When I started this page I had a completely different idea on mind , I was thinking in a soft ivory/white page mixed with these pretty layered die-cut embellishments but for some reason I saw the cute birds that are green and I decided to use my new neon green Distress Oxide Ink and experiment with it, lol, well  I don't regret.  I selected this beautiful wreath flower to frame this sweet photo
