Scrap That Design Team

Hello there!! I hope all of you are fine!  Today, I'm going to tell you a little secret I had kept...I received an e-mail asking me if I would like to join the Scrap That Design Team,  Wow,it was a complete surprise for me I wasn't expecting it and of course I said Yes!!

We were eight girls in the DT, now, and I'm so happy to be part of this talented team.  I will start to work with the June kit so stay tuned..

Scrap That is a Canada Kit club and has these Gorgeous kits with beautiful flowers, swirls, chipboard, the latest gorgeous papers and embellishments.

    CONGRATULATIONS Marilyn!!! such absolutely wonderful news!! You and Helen are sure going to create some storm over there with their gorgeous kits and your fantastic talent!!     Congrats Marilyn so well deserved your pages are beautiful as always. Love what you've done with the Songbird papers so soft and pretty and then I love the dark chocolate background on the other layout making all the other colours just pop. Awesome work as always.

Fall layout with Beautifully Brisk by Bo Bunny

Hello everyone!  I share with you today a fall layout that I created using the Beautifully Brisk collection. Fall is my favorite season I love the colors everything looks so beautiful and I had so much fun working with this beautiful collection. I started making circular stitches in the area that I'll place the photo on the Bright pattern paper. I took a sponge with white gesso to give the sponging technique on the background, it gives a nice texture. I used the layered chipboard and the Noteworthy die cuts to decorate and make the composition. I cut a clock using the Tick Tock die. I painted a piece of cheesecloth in green color and added between the layers to add more dimension and textures. The collections comes with brads, layered chipboard and die cuts that makes it easy to design with.
