I Love Colombia Layout

Hello crafty friends!   I would like to share with you another project that I made with the April Limited Edition kit by My Creative Scrapbook. I have this photo that is not the perfect one but it means a lot to me, well you know when you have a photo that you love because it reminds you happy memories, a great time but at the same time you know isn't the ideal pic for a page but you don't care because you want to preserve the memory....yes it is the case, lol!!!   I'm dancing with my dear friend Noris in this picture, we were celebrating my last day in Colombia, last August.. This page will be frame on my wall for sure....it makes me smile! :) This map paper is my favorite from the Rose quartz collection by Frank Garcia for Prima Marketing that it's featuring this month in the Limited Edition kit.  I also cut out some leaves and flowers with foil from the papers of the same collection. I gave textures with the stencil's kit and modeling paste....

January Sketch Challenge- My Creative Scrapbook!

Hello! I share with you today a page inspired in the January sketch by My Creative Scrapbook. I made this page with the Limited Edition kit that is featuring: Kaisercraft- Oh La La collection and Prima Marketing products, let's take a look at all the details... These are my lovely nieces at Disney last December.  The great about MCS kit is that all products are perfectly coordinated and it's easy to create with it. I cut out some flowers, leaves, and butterflies from the papers . I used the kit' stencil to follow the sketch design and add textures at the same time.  I used two chipboard frames in this page, one for the photo and in the other I added a clock like embellishment.  January Sketch For a chance to win, create a layout based on this sketch using any products that you'd like to use, and  link it up on our sketch blog .  The challenge is open to everyone, everywhere (you do not need to be a kit club member!) and ends at midnight Easte...

A mini album....

Happy Monday!!  Here's a mini album that I made for a special friend.  I made the album cover with cardboard and it's 5" x 3 1/2".   I covered with Maja Design papers- Rose Garden- Coffee in the Arbour collection. Then I decorated with the beautiful laces and flowers from Tresor de Luxe . I painted the jute with gesso and added different laces, a little frame and pearls. Some fussy cutting- the clock from Vintage Autumn Basics- No.XVI paper  When you open the mini you see in the first page that I cut the "Days to Remember"  from the paper with the same name  and in the back cover I used the "3rd of May" paper with a heart lace, stencils, molding paste and Shimmerz paints. I made the wood box a month ago, and this is how it looks...very shabby chic and inside is the mini... The mini album has ten pages that I worked with different Maja Design papers, I don't show you all the pages because I don't have permission ...
