Fall layout with Beautifully Brisk by Bo Bunny

Hello everyone!  I share with you today a fall layout that I created using the Beautifully Brisk collection. Fall is my favorite season I love the colors everything looks so beautiful and I had so much fun working with this beautiful collection. I started making circular stitches in the area that I'll place the photo on the Bright pattern paper. I took a sponge with white gesso to give the sponging technique on the background, it gives a nice texture. I used the layered chipboard and the Noteworthy die cuts to decorate and make the composition. I cut a clock using the Tick Tock die. I painted a piece of cheesecloth in green color and added between the layers to add more dimension and textures. The collections comes with brads, layered chipboard and die cuts that makes it easy to design with. I adhered the die cuts and some chipboard pieces with dimensional foam dots.  I added a few brads, pearls and jewels to enhance the background. Finally, I added wh...

Land of Wonders projects

Hi there! I have two projects to share with you today. I'm using the beautiful Land of Wonders collection by Bo Bunny. I made a journal cover and a layout, let's take a look.. I just love the beautiful colors and designs of the Fall of Wonder collection that I bought a journal at the Dollar store and covered it using different papers. My base paper has the wood design and adhered a few red torn pieces of paper to the cover. It's a way to give any journal some new pop. I made the "journal" word using the glitter letters by American Craft. I adhered the adorable cups from the Layered Chipboard package. I cut  and adhered a few butterflies from the papers with  3D foam tapes, it gives a realistic effect. You can see here the dimension on the cover. I gave white paint splatters to add textures. I covered the back cover with the red paper, then I cut some images from the papers to decorate it. I had so much fun altering  this journal. I hope i...

Traveler Tags

Hi my scrapper friends! I want to share with you a couple of tags with the video tutorial that I made using the new World Traveler collection by Bo Bunny. I love to travel so I had fun creating with this collection. I tried to highlight the vintage look of this collection using brown, copper inks. But let me start from the beginning, I cut two pieces 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" from two different ivory papers from the collection. I gave textures with the Backsplash stencil and modeling paste. In my first tag,  I adhered some clocks and gears that I cut out  from the Bo Bunny's craft dies with a brown paper from the collection. To give dimension and interest I adhered some die cut from the Noteworthy package with adhesive foam dots. In the second tag, I used the same elements but created a different composition. These are three of the products that I used to create the tags. The Noteworthy package with all the fantastic die cuts pieces so easy to work wi...

World Traveler Layout - Bo Bunny

Hi scrapper friends! I want to share with you a project that I created using the new Word Traveler collection by Bo Bunny. I travel to different countries in order to teach mixed media and scrapbooking classes. Last month, I went to Ecuador and took this photo with the beautiful mountains on the back. When I saw this collection I knew they were the perfect papers for this picture as the theme and colors match perfectly.  I started by selecting this paper with neutral colors and nautical designs as the background, and added textures using a clock stencil with modeling paste. I started to create my design using the die cuts pieces, stickers and letters that I made with the alphabet punch board. I adhered 3D foam dots behind the die cuts, photo and letters to add dimension and interest in some areas on my page. I added textures with beads around the letters to highlight them and painted their background with a burgundy color. Here are three differen...

Mixed Media Wedding Layout & Video Tutorial

Hi! I share with you today a classic black and white wedding page using the new Black Tie affair collection by Bo Bunny .  This line is perfect to work using the wedding photos. Let's take a look... I started applying clear gesso to all the paper then I gave textures with the Lots of Love Stickable stencil and modeling paste. Once dry I gave white paint splatters to add more textures. I made a lot of fussy cutting for this page, I cut out the mat behind my photo from one of the papers also the flowers and the hearts. Before I placed all the flowers I adhered a piece of cheesecloth it gave layers and textured to all the paper flowers. I adhered some swirls glaze jewels, a few Tuxedo brads and in the center of each flower a jewel that it make the flowers look delicate, love the effect. Finally I made the "US' with Alphabet Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers and adhered the "Pure Magic" die cut. BoBunny Supplies: Patt...

Welcome Spring!

Hello!! I have an Easter page to share with you that I created with the beautiful new Cottontail collection by Bo Bunny .  I took this beautiful neutral ivory paper from the collection I find it's easier to highlight soft colors if you use a neutral base like I did in this page. I cut from the papers the different images like the adorable eggs, flowers, fence and tag then I adhered them with Sticky Thumb adhesive foam dots to create dimension, and a nice focal point for the right side of this page. I gave textures and design on the background with a Flower Power Stickable Stencil and white gesso. After it was dry, I traced the shapes of the flowers with gel pens in colors similar to the papers, to make the flowers pop! I placed some mint colored craft grass and some 3D balls for a taste of mixed media, and some extra Easter flavor! I distressed all the eggs with ink and added a dot of Pearlescents in Butterscotch color in the center of each flower. I...
